This luxury free-standing cottage is situated in a big garden in a quiet street off the main road. The cottage is fully restored and tastefully decorated in a French provincial style.

The open-plan suite consists of a queen-size bed and chairs. The en-suite heated bathroom comes with separate shower and Victorian bath. Facilities include a bar fridge with honesty bar, microwave, coffee and tea-making facilities, a television and radio.

There are many scenic drives from Uniondale; you can drive down the Prince Alfred Pass to Knysna or visit the picturesque town of De Rust and drive through the majestic Meirings Poort. Oudtshoorn and George are both 110 km away from Uniondale. Cyclists can enjoy the beautiful surroundings in a safe environment.

We enjoyed our overnight stay and loved the decor

Jewel in the Karoo by

Henriette and Andre were the perfect hosts, making sure of our comfort and giving us tips and advice on what happens in this dorpie! the accommodation was clean and comfortable. in fact this was the only place on our ten day Cape tour where I slept right through the both nights of our stay! Really a great place for a stopover or to take a tour of the town in Toekie the Tuk-Tuk with local guide Dirkie who has a good collection of local stories. Also visit Rico at the info centre. This is not a normal take it or leave it info centre.. Rico is a mine of information as well and can tell lots of stories about Uniondale.. Well done to all in Uniondale. A cean, neat town.

Spacious and attention to detail for your every need by

We felt welcome, the room was clean, spacious and all our needs were met. Breakfast was seved at a local (very close) coffeeshop with a very high standard and really good coffee. Highly recommended.
