Easy walking distance to the main beach with a beach access path directly across the road from the house, makes this large beach cottage well located.Whilst one of the original beach homes, the house is looked after and kept in good condition.There is a slight view from the top flat and is 1 lock up garage with under cover parking for 2 more and additional open parking.The gardener looks after the pool (not netted) and garden, but the house is not serviced.Rent a maid from the local cleaning agencies.The house has an alarm for when you leave linked to armed response.Rooms have ceiling fans, Braai facilities is a charcoal braai, no Webber. A DSTV connection and dish is provided, but you need to bring your own card and decoder. The house is well equipped and inside you will find the following:Veranda's with furniture at the front of the house and flat, with a separate braai area shielded at the back near the kitchen and dining room. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided.There is an open plan lounge, dining room and lovely kitchen in the house and the flat has a lounge, kitchenette and equipped pool table.The kitchen is well equipped and has the following, microwave, Stove, 1 two door fridge and 1 fridge/freezer and 1 freezer in garage a dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery.
All linen is provided, please bring your own towels and beach towels.
There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the flat. The property therefore provides 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and sleeps 14 comfortably in spacious rooms with build-in cupboards.
Bedrooms and bathrooms in the house are configured as follows:

One Bathroom with bath and basin and one bathroom with basin and shower and two separate toilets.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:

Out of season: 2 nights, never less.

Mid-season: 5 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.

In-season: 5 to 7 nights, dependent/negotiable with the owner.

Peak season:

A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year.

Alternatively:

10 nights leaving on the 27/12 OR

10 nights starting/arriving on the 28th or 29/12.

Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be accepted once the owner has their primary booking confirmed AND @ the owners discretion.

Please note some owners only allow the 10 day split as above, on these properties, should you wish to include Christmas and New Year, minimum nights per booking becomes 20 nights.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Admin fee once off.

Departure cleaning fee if no live in caretaker.

Live in maid levy, when there is a live in caretaker, or if the unit includes servicing with no charge for the live-in caretaker.

Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R1000, refundable if there are no breakages.
