À La Mer is a pet friendly, sea facing apartment situated in the most southern point of Africa, Cape Agulhas. The accommodation is ideal for four people and is fully self-catering.

The apartment comprises one bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The lounge offers additional sleeping space on a sleeper couch, and has a TV with full DStv. A small wall safe if provided for your valuables.

Within walking distance you will find the beach, tidal pools and several shops and restaurants.

Pleasant stay at L'Aguhlas by

We were made very welcome to this nice Self Catering.  It s situated about 100m from the lighthouse and walking around is very easy.

 Although the furnishings are fairly basic, it is ideal for a couple.  A nice comfortable bed and plenty of hot water!

Although not placed by the owners; the directions to the establishment were inaccurate and we got lost .  Even the GPS was inaccurate here.

Go to the lighthouse and turn right - the establishment is about 4 houses down on your left.

This establishment really is a pleasure to stay at. Absolutely everything is well thought out and we found nothing lacking. The flatlet was impeccably clean and tidy. We truly enjoyed the sea view and the fact that the lighthouse and restaurants are only a short walk away. Thank you for having us :)

Nice location by

All good. An awning or umbrella by the braai would be an improvement.
