Acorns on 8th is a 4 Star self-catering accommodation establishment situated in the highly sought after and upmarket suburb of Parktown North, with its beautiful tree-lined streets, local shops and burgeoning pavement cafés.

The accommodation on offer at Acorns on 8th is either a garden cottage which sleeps two guests in a double bed, or an apartment which sleeps two guests in a queen-size bed, plus the added option of a sleeper couch. Both The Cottage and the Apartment have modern kitchens which include microwaves, large fridges and four-plate stoves with ovens. Both units are fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and the basic everyday essentials such as sugar, tea and coffee. The units have modern en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The Cottage has only a shower, whereas the Apartment has both a shower and a bath. The basic bathing necessities are provided in both units. There is on-site parking behind a remote-controlled gate, and a laundry and ironing service is available at an additional cost.

Rosebank, Sandton, Illovo and the Johannesburg CBD are all a short drive away. Wanderers Cricket Stadium is over the hill and the M1 highway is easily accessible. We can arrange tours and transfers with various government registered tour guides and we personally have loads of information that we would be happy to share.

Parktown North and the surrounding suburbs are known for their numerous restaurants and pavement cafés, many of which offer a Wi-Fi service. A Shell Garage with a 24-hour Shell Select shop is one block away and the trendy and fashionable suburbs of Melville, Greenside and Parkhurst, with their sought after restaurants and antique shops, are just a few minutes away.
