Not too happy by

A deposit is requested in cash but refunded on card. The tv did not word on arrival and part of the next. Wrong spare globes. Problems with bedlamps. Place not too clean.

We are so sorry for the trouble you had with the TV and waiting for Mnet to sort it out, our hands were tied and we were very frustrated about the situation too.

We will investigate your other concerns immediately. Please be so kind as to give me specifics as to what wasn't clean so that it can be addressed.

Furthermore we would like to offer you a free night to compensate for the time you spend there without TV.
