Aloha

Aloha, a Hawaiian word for love, affection, peace, compassion and mercy, which is commonly used to welcome someone or to say goodbye. That is why we named this apartment Aloha because it best describes our beliefs and we welcome you with open arms. It is situated 800 metres from the beach and near to popular kite and surf spots, this brand new apartment is perfect for family and friends seeking accommodation in Cape Town.

Aloha is a two-bedroom self-catering apartment with queen size beds, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. All cutlery and crockery are supplied, as well as towels and linen but please bring your own beach towels. The lounge consists of a couch, Smart tv connected to Wi-Fi and TV cabinet. Please take note we do link you to our Netflix account.

The flat has a balcony with table and chairs and a great view of table mountain and downstairs the courtyard has a barbeque pit as well as a storage section for your surf and kite gear. Entry is through a side gate and parking is secure behind a gate with electric fencing and right in front of the apartment. Please take note you need to climb one flight of stairs to the apartment.

A second apartment, Serenity is available to rent on the same property as well with its own unique features and themes. This is a one-bedroom self-catering unit with pit braai, outside shower and lovely tranquil outside area for some well-deserved relaxation.

The owners, which are myself and my husband, stay in the main house of the property so we are available to assist with any information you might need. We also rent out bicycles, surfboards and various other outdoor gear should you have the need for any of it. My husband is an avid surfer and kite surfer so he'll be able to assist you with all the great surf spots.

Aloha is situated within walking distance to the beach, stunning rock pools, restaurants along the buzzing beach strip and all village shops. Popular surf spots, kite and windsurfing spots are either within walking distance or a five to ten-minute drive.

The accommodation is also situated very close to bus routes, just walk through the servitude next to our house and hop on the MyCiTi bus which runs straight through to Bloubergstrand and Cape Town City Centre should you wish to go explore for the day.
