Amelia Villa is a delightful north facing home, offering self-catering accommodation in the heart of the historic Constantia Valley. Set in a beautiful garden it has sweeping vistas over the surrounding vineyards and mountains.
It offers three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six persons. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is a separate full bathroom. The entrance hall leads to a separate lounge and a separate dining room. The comfortable lounge with full DStv, DVD and CD player leads on to the covered patio and front garden with stunning views over the nearby vineyards and Constantia Nek.
Leading from the lounge is a separate dining room which flows into a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave oven, warming tray, dishwasher, while the laundry has an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and outside washing line. Both the dining room and the kitchen open onto a pretty terraced garden.
The garden has awesome views up to the Tokai forest and nearby Constantiaberg. The two gardens and mobile Weber gas braai allow guests the choice of two entertainment areas, while the swimming pool offers a refreshing retreat.
There is adequate security gating over all entrances and controlled entry from the street. There is a Wi-fi internet connection available. Please note that the Amelia Villa is not pet friendly.
