The large bedroom has a queen-size bed and private lounge area with a flat screen TV. French doors open out onto the enclosed balcony which has a dining room table and sleeper couch which fits two people very comfortably. The apartment has unlimited Wi-Fi as well as DStV compact bouquet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, mini-oven, washing machine, fridge and all crockery and utensils. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a spacious walk-in shower with lots of hot water and towels for your use.The apartment is a ten minute walk from Cavendish Square Shopping Centre with banks, restaurants, cinemas and a variety of wonderful shops and boutiques right on your doorstep. The M3 highway is a few minutes from the apartment which allows for easy access to the beautiful Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town Convention Centre and our world famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. Table Mountain, Robben Island and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront are a mere 15 to 20 minutes away. Access to Cape Town International Airport is also extremely easy and a short 20 minute drive from the apartment. Historic wine farms such as Groot Constantia and Klein Constantia, amongst many others, are also within close proximity. The famous Newlands Rugby and Cricket stadia are also within walking distance of the apartment should you want to go and watch any cricket or rugby games whilst in Cape Town. Groote Schuur Hospital, situated in the suburb of Observatory, is about 15 minutes away and the Red Cross Children's Hospital, in Rondebosch, is also roughly 15 minutes from apartment. The Kingsbury and Claremont Hospitals as well as the Cape Fertility Clinic are within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment has its own allocated parking bay and access to the apartment block is via security tags and is very safe and secure.Rates do vary according to the season and length of stay.There is an additional charge of R100 per person, per night, on the sleeper couch.
