Vaalvlei Farm is situated close to the picturesque town of Stanford and is a little piece of trout fishing paradise in a mountain and farmland setting. This working farm with vineyards offers awesome mountain views.

Arum Lily Cottage is a rural self-catering farm cottage framed by beautiful views of the Kleinrivier Mountains. It is rustic but comfortable, with a charming wood burning stove for cool autumn and winter evenings.

Experience excellent fly-fishing for rainbow trout, brown trout and bass in two spring-fed lakes, while the kids can fish for bluegill and tilapia. Other activities include wine tasting, bird watching and mountain biking.

A charming rustic cottage on a gorgeous farm location. We were looked after by the host but had all the peace and tranquility of the beautiful location.
