The guest house is situated on a large secure equestrian property and we have horses, birds, squirrels, fish and other animals to add to the relaxed feeling of the property.

We have a comfortable two-bedroom self-catering cottage that sleeps six with a balcony with stunning views and two self-catering units that sleep two guests and offers beautiful views.

We also have a large swimming pool, braai facilities, DStv, free unlimited Wi-fi for guests, and beautiful views over the tranquil Assagay Valley. With a 3-star grading, we can ensure an enjoyable and memorable stay for all our guests.

We left after day 2. The bed bugs carried us away. Unacceptable!!!! No refund. Do not think leaving for the sake of you health falls under any cancelation policy

Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Assagay Country Guest House has been in operation for more than ten years and we pride ourselves by offering facilities and service that are in accordance with our 3-star Tourism Council Grading.

The appearance of bed bugs in our standalone cottage is an unfortunate first such incident. The problem has since been rectified and subsequent local and international guests have enjoyed their stay. We continue to strive giving our guests a "home away from home" experience.
