Located very close to the beach, this three-bedroom apartment boasts unsurpassed, unspoiled and magnificent views of the sea and mountains. It is a fully furnished, spacious apartment in a luxurious block with modern finishes and contemporary furniture.

Main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom, as well as a separate guest loo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed while the third bedroom has two single beds.

The apartment is in a security complex with secure under-cover parking and a swimming pool. The balcony is complete with a gas braai. The apartment boasts a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, a dishwasher, a large flat-screen TV with satellite and all the necessities like all crockery, cutlery, linen and towelling.

Situated at the end of Strand's Beach Road Golden Mile, the complex is a mere 35 minutes' drive from Cape Town and approximately a 20 minute drive from Cape Town International Airport. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the comforts of the balcony. Put your feet up and feel at ease in this majestic tranquil environment and yet be only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Cape Town and its main tourist spots.

A very pleasant stay by

We had a very pleasant stay at Atlantica. Only 3 problems you guys can take a look at, the shower heads at both baths seals are worn, the shower in the main bedroom one panel is lose and one bar stool in the kitchen is broken, other than that I would certainly advise my family and friends to stay at Atlantica anytime. Thank you Devon for all you done and your friendliness.



Amazing stay!



It was a pleasant stay and we had no complaints.
We enjoyed every moment and we would gladly refer family and friends of our stay.
We would stay there again in the futur if we do decide to come back for holiday again in the Cape.
