Our place is close to the beach, public transport (50m), restaurants, shops, nature reserve. You'll love it because of the incredible sea views and Table Mountain, 'private' access onto the beach, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the light, the outdoors space and the people of Melkbosstrand.It is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The 'double story' space has it's own separate entrance and parking bay. There is a kitchenette is on the ground floor,with the loft room (bedroom, bathroom, toilet on the first floor), Satellite TV, free WiFi, gas 'braai' and balcony area with sea views. Linen is changed for every new tenant or once a week, whichever comes first.The loft room is cleaned before every new tenant and once a week.A laundry service can be provided on request. There are also several friendly canines on the property, who would lick you to death if given half a chance. Guests can access the beach from the back of the property, and the West Coast is famous for its kite surfing and windsurfing conditions. Melkbos is a very safe neighbourhood, with a warm and friendly community and wonderful local restaurants, especially I Love Melkies, The Hart, Maranellos, Cafe Orca and Die Damhuis. Prepare to unwind.
