The great service from staff and the hot springs by

I enjoyed the stay. I would suggest upgrading the sauna facility. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Staff where excellent from gate entry to bell hop and reception. The restaurant staff very helpful and food of a very high standard. Will definitely make a plan to stay longer next time.

Great for family with kids by

Kids enjoyed it very much. So much for them to do. Will visit again for sure!

Rough around the edges by

Kids loved it but there's a lot that can be improved. Pool area was messy. Bees at main guest pool were stinging kids. Rooms need some maintenance. Need more water slide options for kids under 6. Staff generally friendly. Food reasonably good. Overall the place needs some investment as you can see it is getting old and tired. We'd come back because small kids don't notice most of these problems but wouldn't recommend without kids.

It were only two nights, but everything was fantastic begin at Rezeption, at restaurant, bar, .... Personal was very sympatic and friendly Thank you for the nice time in your hotel
