Home in the little town of Tzaneen, Avispark Lodge lies in the shadow of the Wolkberg Mountains to the north of the Drakensberg.

Avispark Lodge embarks on this impressive backdrop with 28 en-suite bedrooms, equipped with quality furnishings and air-conditioners, heaters and televisions. There is a private bar, two swimming pools with a sheltered lapa and several braai areas. Breakfast and an a la carté dinner is available Monday to Friday; on weekends guests can venture out and explore the quaint little town.

Avispark Lodge is conveniently situated only a short distance from the Tzaneen dam and City Centre, and is located opposite the Oasis Mall. The town of Tzaneen is renowned for its abundant growth of just about everything, these include avocados, nuts, citrus fruits, mangoes, bananas and litchis. You can thank them for your morning cup of coffee too.

Well appointed with good value for money. Clean and hygienic rooms.

Business stay over by

Very impressed with the modern look and feel to the rooms. Hospitality was good, will return again.

Triple room by

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. we were pleasantly surprised with a kitchen attached to our room. The triple room had a kitchen equipped with al the basic kitchenware, including a microwave, fridge/freezer and a little oven-stove. They also had secured parking. We had an enjoyable stay with good value for money.

Average by

Paid for a self-catering unit which we did not utilize because the kitchen section was very dirty. Maybe the other units looked better.
