Avo Cottage offers fantastic accommodation for tourists looking for quieter accommodation, as well as for corporate travellers looking to be close to town. Unit 1 has a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The unit has a small seating area, as well as a fully fitted kitchenette. DStv and Internet access. They are serviced three times a week. The unit has tea and coffee facilities, and a private patio with braai facilities. Rondebosch is a short drive away from the centre of town and provides a great spot for corporate travellers that would prefer to stay in the quiet suburbs. Both the Mowbray and Rondebosch Golf Courses are close to Avo Cottages, as well as the main cricket and rugby stadiums.

Really enjoyed our stay by

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days in 2 Avo Cottages - good location,reasonable pricing and privacy, clean and comfy, contains all you need including garage. Tracey so friendly - my friend will be using again as occasionally comes in from Hermanus for a few days. Cheers!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in Cape Town again.



The rooms were brilliant, nice and clean, well set out and loads of space. Will definitely stay there again!

Peaceful and centrally located by

Avo cottages are a gem of acommodation.
Offering privacy and centrally located.  Each cottage has an outdoor area to sit and enjoy coffee / or a meal.

Well thought to suit/ provide for the travellers needs.
Absolute bonus is secure off street parking.

The cottages are clean and comfy with dstv and all your basic requirement. Also free WIFI

I would highly recommend this good value for money acommodatio to anyone visiting Cape Town.  It is also  minutes away from UCT
