The neighbourhood is very safe and the house secure which is also monitored by security.The property is located on the top of the Hout Bay Senitel with magnificent views. We do like to mention to our guests that you will drive for 200m through the original fisherman's village to get to the property which is safe but ascetically not pleasing to get up the Senitel hill.
