Beach Haven House at Prince's Grant Golf Estate

Welcome to Beachhaven which is located on one of South Africa's premier golf estates, Prince's Grant.

This secure estate is located on the Dolphin coast overlooking the Indian Ocean just 45 minutes north of Durban.

A three-bedroom house with sparkling ocean views from almost every room in the house, it comfortably accommodates six people and has a travel cot and air mattress for an extra infant or child.

The house is also located at the end of quiet and secluded Sandhills Road and is just steps away from miles of unspoiled beaches.

Beachhaven has two rooms with queen size beds and one room with two single beds. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning. Quality white linen and towels provided. Just bring beach towels.


The master bedroom is en suite. There is one family bedroom with walk-in-shower and large bath with sea views and one guest bathroom on living area level.

The open plan L-shape kitchen, dining, and lounge area with pool terrace and stunning sea views are located on the top floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

TV with Compact DStv provided. There is a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs for all ages. A small safe is available for guests.A covered snooker/pool table, cues and balls are available on ground floor.

The terrace features a private plunge pool and a six seat-table for outdoor dining, two pool loungers and charcoal braai. There is a pool light and garden lights for evenings on the terrace.

The house has two covered car ports and one garage.

Beachhaven is serviced three times weekly and can be serviced daily on request.

Prince's Grant has been ranked one of the top 20 golf courses in South Africa and Golf Digest has rated the estate as "a 5 star golf experience". Facilities include squash courts, tennis courts, communal swimming pools, children's playground and kayaks for use on the lagoon.

Prince's Grant Lodge also has a bar called Mulligans (premium sports on large screens available) and an excellent restaurant called Bunkers. Guests can also dine on the terrace overlooking the course and the sea on balmy, sunny days or nights.
