Belvedere on Barkley is a lovely Victorian house in the exclusive Silwood area of Rondebosch. It is centrally located with easy access to all major highways. This accommodation is ideal for travelers on business or holiday, and suitable for couples traveling with children.The Rose Suite and Oak Suite each have secure private entrances and offer self-catering facilities. The cottages include satellite TV, Wi-Fi, 100% cotton linen and towels with heated towel rails. Each cottage has access to the garden and swimming pool and there is secure off-street parking. There are sliding doors opening onto covered patios with outdoor chairs as well as braai facilities. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance to make the self-catering very easy.
We are "off the grid" using no municipal water at all. We use underground water which is then filtered and sanitised through sophisticated and approved systems. Our water is 100% safe and tested regularly. We would like to reassure our guests that while Cape Town is in a drought and there are daily reminders to use water as sparingly as possible, your holiday is not going to be affected if you stay at Belvedere on Barkley.
