Bergsig Game Farm is the situated 7 km outside Hartenbos, halfway between Port Elizabeth and Cape Town on the Garden Route. At Bergsig Game Farm you can enjoy various fun activities, and appreciate the beauty, tranquillity and splendid views of this unique game farm. Enjoy fresh air from the sea as well as from the farm. Bergsig Guest Farm is spread over 5,000-hectares consisting of savannah, grass plains, thick bushveld, mountains and valleys. While there are some of the Big 5 mammals, like the buffalo and rhinoceros, there are more than 30 different species. For bird lovers, there are over 100 species indigenous to the area.

Enjoy your stay in our beautiful self-catering lodges. All our lodges have en-suite bathrooms, living rooms, fully equipped kitchens and lounges, and wooden decks with barbecue facilities. The Hartenbos River runs through the farm and the Hartenbos Dam is part of the farm. You will be brought back to the world we once knew ? peaceful and quiet.

Enjoyed the stay at Bergsig, waking up with Giraffes, Buffalo, Eland in full view and minutes later enjoying a swim on the beach at Hartenbos. Accommodation was good.

I was very disappointed. We have had better for a half of the price. No TV signal, No Wi-Fi, Nothing was made ready for our arrival(Fridge, no ice trays, check TV) None of the smaller items that are expected for the tariff charged. Definitely not worth the tariff charged.
