Bien-Etre offers affordable self-catering or bed and breakfast accommodation in the quiet, charming suburb of Rondebosch in Cape Town. This is a convenient location for visitors to get to the University of Cape Town and has easy access to major freeways, the city centre, V&A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, and Cape Town International Airport.

At Bien-Etre, we offer accommodation in two self-catering units which are situated within a separate cottage. The larger unit contains twin single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a sitting area, a kitchenette with a stove, and a private patio. Linen is all cotton. The smaller unit contains a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have their own entrance. Each unit has a smart-enabled television - your can log into your own accounts such as DSTV, Netflix, Showmax etc. There is good wifi and UPS backup for wifi during loadshedding. Parking behind security gate is reserved for the larger unit; if it is available, guests in the smaller unit can utilise it.

What a wonderful and warm reception. Excellent.

Cute and convenient by

The guesthouse is located in a nice area which is convenient to reach with a car. The owner is very friendly and helpful. All the basics are there. You shouldn't mind dogs, spiders and lizards, slightly worn bedding and a sometimes cold shower. Definitely good value for money. I would stay there again.

Perfect Stay! by

Just what you need for a place to sleep if you will be out all day. A little noisy and a fan would be very helpful in the heat.

We stayed in the smaller room. It was a bit cramped for a couple. It was clean, very comfortable bed and serviced every day, saying that, we only really slept there. It was as the pictures show. Jill was very friendly, waiting up for us after our flight was delayed by 6 hours, to give us the keys and made sure we were comfortable.

Everything was wonderful by

My friend and I stayed in the bigger room. Everything was so quaint and clean. It was easy to come and go as we liked. So peaceful and quiet, with a little garden attached to our room. Jill is such a delight, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable during our stay.
