At Bikini Beach Manor we are considered by many professionals to be situated in the most exclusive spot within the most exclusive street in stunning Gordons Bay. We offer four luxury apartments with world-class views from every room in every apartment.

There is also a communal pool and extensive grounds for all the guests to enjoy, and Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all the apartments. The 360° panoramic sea, mountain, beach, and harbour views are yours to enjoy as you sit at home on your balcony. The sunsets over Table Mountain are truly a picture to behold, so please remember to bring your camera.

Only the best quality furniture and fittings have been used and all the kitchens feature granite worktops and top of the range stainless steel electrical appliances. The majority of our bedrooms are en-suite, with luxurious large baths positioned to allow guests to enjoy the amazing ocean and harbour views.

Bikini Beach Manor is set within magnificent landscaped grounds over 2000 square metres, with many private lawns and terraces for relaxing or entertaining.

We had a truly enjoyable stay... it was only for a weekend but we left feeling sad that the weekend was over! The facilities are excellent and very comfortable and all you can do is to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.... we definitely plan on returning

Penthouse by

The view is the best of the Penthouse.  A bit small and cramped for me.  Good for 2 people maybe 3 at the most.  Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous view by

What a lovely holiday we had at Bikini Beach Manor. Easy access to local restaurants and places of interest. Parking available, convenient for the Penthouse. The rooms were smaller than we expected from the photos, and the open toilet was a bit disconcerting. But overall, a delightful place, with a breathtaking view.
