Blue Reef Fishing Loge

Blue Reef Fishing Lodge is situated directly on the stunning white sandy beach in the village of Jambiani. This cosy and intimate lodge offers only eight guest rooms, and is set in a garden surrounded by shady palm trees and offering amazing views of the turquoise, crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.

Jambiani is a small authentic fishing village on the south east coast of Zanzibar and far away from the mass-tourism and big resorts in the north. It is a mere 55 km from the capital, Stone Town, and the airport. Blue Reef Fishing Lodge is integrated into the village, so this means you will also experience the local life on the island. During the day children will play on the beach, the villagers will be fishing or maintaining their boats, and during low tide the women will collect seaweed.

Our rooms are only a few steps away from one of Zanzibar's most stunning beach what means that in the morning the sound of the waves of the Indian Ocean will wake you. All rooms have their own private bathroom with cold and hot water as well as fans and towels. Breakfast is included in all room rates and is served in the restaurant, or on the private terrace of sea view rooms.
