Boschendal 10 is a comfortable and welcoming guest house located in a quiet area of Royldene, Kimberley. The guest house is conveniently located off the N12 (Cape Town to Johannesburg), just 5.3 km from the airport, 5 km from the CBD, a block away from North Cape Mall and ABSA Park. Your hosts, Julian, Zach and Lina, await your arrival to ensure a comfortable stay, with personal attention and old-world hospitality.

All rooms at Boschendal 10 are en-suite and offer free Wi-Fi, warm and cold air-conditioning, a fridge, and a kitchenette bar-counter with facilities for tea and coffee. Electric blankets are provided in the winter. A wooden cot is available for babies, on request, at no additional cost. As the guest house is moving towards eco-friendliness, all roof lighting in the units is 12-volt sun-powered, while solar geysers provide hot water.

Vehicles are parked off-the-street in locked facilities. Guests may use a communal swimming pool and gas, charcoal or wood braai facilities.

Very nice clean and modern with friendly reception. Highly recommendable

Comfortable and Quality finishes by

Close to the Big Hole, secure garage parking, good quality, clean bedding and finishes. Nice big towels and aircon was a blessing! Friendly and hospitable owners. Setting: behind the main house, with a small courtyard. Unfortunately could not use the pool due to water restrictions in Kimberley. Owner: Please move the solar geyser outlet pipe - boiling water landed on us.

We were a bit disappointed with our stay. The loft where the kids were suppose to sleep, was so hot that we had to move their mattresses down stairs, we stayed for 2 nights, so they had to sleep on the floor both nights. I specifically looked for a place with a swimming pool so that the kids can swim. But they weren't allowed to swim. Ideal for one night sleep over, but not suitable for a family of 4.
