Bosman Beach House

This is one of the remaining original beach cottages in Llandudno. Situated in the second row of houses from the beach, the road is a cul-de-sac and it is within about five minutes' easy walking to the beach. Main Bedroom with double bed, en suite shower, toilet and basin. Built in cupboards, oak chest of drawers, Oregon pine dressing table and TV. Double doors lead out onto a small courtyard/garden.Three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two three quarter beds. The cupboards and drawers are either oak or Oregon pine in each of the bedrooms. A cot is available. A separate shared bathroom and toilet with basin and Queen Victoria bath and shower. Large open-plan lounge/dining room leads out onto the front wooden deck and garden with partial views of the sea. This is furnished with a ten seater table and chairs and comfortable day beds.A TV room with a fireplace, and satellite decoder. A small study with desk, oak cupboard and ADSL. The lounge/dining area also features an eight-seater Oregon pine dining table and comfortable couches and chairs. The kitchen is newly renovated and consists of a Smeg gas stove , microwave/convection oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a yellow wood table and chairs.Adjoining the Pool area and attached to the back of the house and with a separate entrance is a small flatlet with a double bed, kitchenette, shower and toilet. This is usually rented separately to an individual for most of the year.
