Located 6 km from Stilbaai on a working olive farm Botterkloof Resort offers self-catering accommodation and a swimming pool. Free private parking is available. Decorated in a rustic style all units are self-catering and feature a dining area TV and a patio. Some of the units have fireplaces. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. All units at Botterkloof Resort have barbecue facilities available outside. Some of the rooms are located 1 km from the main resort on a working farm with free-roaming deer sheep and olive trees. Guests have access to the shared facilities at the main resort area. Guests can enjoy activities such as bass & trout fishing in the nearby dam or go hiking in one of the surrounding nature reserves. The wine farms in Robertson can be reached in about 90 minutes.

The executive room was fantastic - loved the scenery and the animals. Look forward to trying those olives next time we visit!

Relaxing and Chilling by Carole Newton 28 May 2018 Having booked at the last moment for a 2 bed 1 bath place we were delighted to get an upgrade to a 4 bed 4 bath place and on the main resort which saved a lot of driving.
The accommodation is a little dated and there are areas that could do with a bit of TLC but the location is stunning and having spent one day alone when my husband was away on business I felt very relaxed and at home.
My only real 'complain' was that on the day we chose to have breakfast at the restaurant there was a private function on which meant the order took a long time - which we understood however, when it arrived it was cold and parts were somewhat undercooked.
However, other than that, it was a delightful get away with lovely weather to add to the stay.
