Bush Willow Guest House is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom old style flat-roof farmhouse with eight single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite. This property is situated close to Tamboti Bush Lodge and the Tamboti a la carte restaurant is available to all guests at the Bush Willow Guest House.

There is a large lounge, dining room and a big kitchen, the guest house is fully equipped with linen, crockery and cutlery for eight persons. There is a TV with channels SABC 1,2,3, and etv. All rooms have overhead fans. There is a tennis court, swimming pool and a large lapa with a braai facility. In the lapa are two pool tables, a foozball table, and tables and chairs.

Bush Willow Guest House is in the Dinokeng Game Reserve on 21 ha. of beautiful bushveld. The guest house is fenced with big 5 electric fencing and electric gates. The house is not serviced but a maid is available for R150 per day upon request. This is not a malaria area but as this house is in the bushveld it is advisable to bring a supply of mosquito repellents. Please bring your own firewood, tennis racquets, tennis balls and swimming towels.

Wow what a friendly host. I felt like I was visiting family. I always felt at home and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic to say the least. Such great accommodating helpful people. I will be back.

Unexpected good night drive by

The house is old and run down and in need of a lot of tlc; the pool is better than a "plaas dam", but was far from clean; the tennis court cannot be used for a serious round although the kids can knock a few ball around; the lapa is nice and very big but the pool tables have been used too many times by kids or adults who have no sense of looking after things. If it were not for the night drive where we ended up in the middle of a pride of 7 lions trying for a kill that we probably messed up for them, it would have been a very unsatisfactory visit. To bid us good bye on the last morning, a few giraffes were loitering next to our fence, which was also quite nice. Although the house was old, the linen and towels were clean and the floors were mopped, although a lot of tiles were loose.

Wonderful weekend by

The location is great, Derrick our host from Tamboti Lodge is wonderful. The house needs updating, electricity needs attention especially plug points which caused blackouts. Bathrooms need updating and scrubbing like the shower. Linen was clean beds were firm and enough of. House is big so enough space for all although we did not spend a lot of time inside . The game reserve is lovely saw lots of animals, game drive with Derrick was great and very informative. Visit every morning by the Elephants was a special treat. Would go again lovely game reserve.
