Calamari 12 is a spacious four-bedroom, eight sleeper penthouse right on the beach, in Ramsgate North, with stunning sea views.

The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has an en suite bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. One other bedroom contains a double bed and the two remaining bedrooms are fitted with two single beds in each. There are two further bathrooms of which one is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet, and the other one with a bath, basin and toilet.

The spacious open plan lounge and dining area off the kitchen all have stunning sea views and a sliding door opens up to a patio with furniture and a kettle braai provided for your use.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A flat-screen TV is provided but should you wish to watch it you will need to bring with your own decoder, smartcard and cables or else hire one from the local supplier in Margate.

Ceiling fans are fitted to all bedrooms and the lounge area and the unit is also fitted with an alarm. There is one garage allocated to this unit and another vehicle can park in front of the garage.
