Cape Dutch Country Home

Cape Dutch Country Home is ideally situated for easy walks within the Helderberg Nature Reserve, close to beaches, harbours and Wine Routes. Famous historic farms such as Vergelegen, Morgenster and Lourensford are nestled on the perimeter of the village just 3km up the road.

There is a selection of several coffee shops/restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood and world catagory golf courses, all just a few minutes away.

The Helderberg mountain is our opposite neighbour and at its foot set in a park-like garden, you will find Cape Dutch Country Home, an elegant four bedroomed country home, giving a perfect setting to unwind in a restful atmosphere.

The facilities we provide includes a swimming pool with barbecue and entertaining space.
The formal sitting room, with French doors to a grapevine covered patio, has a fireplace to enjoy during the Cape winters. A separate family/TV room leads to an undercover patio, with views on the Hottentots Holland mountain range, where outdoor meals can be enjoyed.
There are numerous seating arrangements throughout the big garden, patios and balconies to ensure the guest's privacy.

The bedroom wing consists of one double and three twin rooms. Two of the twin rooms shares a bathroom and forms an ideal family wing. The double room and twin room both have en-suite bathrooms.
All bedrooms have French doors, leading to their own patio or balcony overlooking the garden or the swimming pool area.

The complete house is rented on a self-catering basis for up to eight persons.

A daily cleaning service and personal laundry/ironing service is included throughout weekdays, however not over weekends or public holidays. Fresh towels are provided daily.
