Cargoes House is a spacious and comfortable home nestled in the Noordhoek mountainside, enjoying spectacular views of Chapman's Peak and the famous six-kilometre long Noordhoek beach. The house sleeps eight guests in two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All linen and towels are provided.

The living room, with cosy fireplace, opens onto a large balcony and the family sunroom leads to a lovely garden with a shady lapa and outdoor braai facilities. There is also a separate dining room with 10-seater table and a large fully equipped kitchen. Facilities include satellite TV, heaters, fans, laundry facilities, hairdryers, an indoor fireplace, a dishwasher, tea and coffee facilities and cleaning equipment is provided. Airport transfers and private sightseeing tours can be organised by prior arrangement.

Noordhoek offers something for everyone, including surfing, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. There are craft stalls and galleries for art fans, rich and varied bird life for nature enthusiasts, vineyards and restaurants for wine-lovers, and cinemas and playgrounds for some family fun.

We had a wonderful stay at Cargoes House. The house is stunning and perfectly situated. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Memorable Stay by

We (family of 6) stayed at Cargoes House for 7 nights and would definitely return! The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking any meal a pleasure. The house is also well situated in Noordhoek, with views of the ocean.

There is nothing to improve but all the house needs is maybe a pool?
