Caribe Caribe Lodge is situated in the leafy suburb of Boughton in Pietermaritzburg.

The lodge comprises of fifteen double rooms and sixteen family rooms. All of the rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, televisions with local channels, air-conditioning and some rooms have patios. The property also offers guests braai facilities, a swimming pool and parking on the premises.

Pietermaritzburg has many great attractions in and around the area, including the Bisley Valley Nature Reserve, the Pietermaritzburg Botanical Gardens and the Natal Museum.

Very tired accommodation by

On arrival we were told that Safarinow had not confirmed our accommodation, but the staff were very accommodating and made a plan for us to stay in a 2 roomed apartment, as opposed to the 2 separate rooms we had booked. The rooms and bathroom were very tardy, more in line with a backpackers. One great benefit was that the area was very quiet which ensured we had a good sleep before the comrades
