ULTIMATE WHALE WATCHING LOCATION from the balcony, which enjoys unspoiled 180-degree views of the Indian Ocean, you will be treated to sights beyond belief. Whale Sharks, Giant Mantas, Dolphins and Schools of fish are year-round visitors, sometimes coming as close as 100m to the house. And between July to November, you will be left in awe as Humpback Whales arrive en-masse, playing, breaching and swimming right below the house. They come so close you will hear them breathe, and play in the water.

The house itself is very well appointed, with luxurious touches throughout. The house always has a cool ocean breeze blowing through it, which also helps keep those pesky mosquitos to a minimum! The bedrooms and bathrooms are designed in such a way so as to ensure maximum privacy and relaxation, whilst the open-plan kitchen and lounge lend to the family vibe that this house epitomises. Located in a very quiet, safe neighbourhood, you will never have issues with noise at night or petty theft. It is also 200m away from the nearest beach and 300m away from the world famous Tofinho Surf break, which is also a great beach for snorkelling.
