What a disaster! by

What a disappointment! This place is not a 3 star establishment. The room was so small we could barely move. No space to put suitcases or unpack clothes. Toilet was dirty and the shower had mould. The windows did not even open and the room had no view. The area was very noisy and no consideration for other guests was enforced. Staying here reminded me of being in a dormitory.

The place is a Home away from Home with helpful and friendly staff. Management is down to earth and always willing to give a hand. Everybody listens to our complains and act on them. Good place for everybody, family, business and couples. The place is a surrounded by everything that a person needs to see when in Cape Town. Quiet and very clean.
