The studio is a very quiet and private self catering flat attached to the main house. It has its own entrance 50m from the parking area via a tropical garden.

The flat is 30sq m large and consists of, a large bedroom, containing a double bed, TV, limited Satallite TV, and a lounge area. The linen is of a high quality cotton.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a two plate stove, small oven, microwave and good quality crockery, pots and pans and cutlery.
Cleaning products are provided, as are tea towels, table cloth and napkins.

A clothing rack that can be put on the patio and washing powder is provided. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand basin and vanity mirror.

Toilet soap and towels are provided. We also provide emergency shampoo, razor, hand cream, and headache pills.
Hot water is supplied via a gas geyser.

Leading out from the entrance is a charming shady and cool patio, overlooking the tropical garden for two people with a table and chairs We also supply a small braai. There is no sea view but the property is only 2 km walk from the very safe Palm Beach.
