Both dwellings have SEA VIEWS and are a mere 100m from the fully netted and life guarded bathing beach. There are also a LOCKUP GARAGES and A SWIMING POOL.The Cottage sleeps four and a fifth person can be accommodated on a good quality fold up bed. It consists of two large bedrooms. The main bedroom is on suite with a dressing room and has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and is serviced by a second bathroom. (with shower) There is an open-plan fully appointed kitchen with microwave oven and all other appliances with a breakfast nook and lounge area with DSTV PREMIUM PACKAGE ON HD flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, All rooms lead onto a large covered patio with SEA VIEWS. There is also a LOCKUP GARAGE. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans. There is a fenced in courtyard braai area with concrete table and benches. The Bachelor Flat has an open-plan configuration with a fully appointed kitchen with a four-plate hob, microwave oven and other appliances. The bedroom has a double bed with a sleeper couch in the lounge area for young children and the lounge has a flat screen HD TV with DSTV PREMIUM PACKAGE and DVD/CD player and a separate bathroom consisting of hand basin, toilet and shower. The unit leads onto a covered patio with sea views. The apartment is also equipped with an overhead fan. There is a braai area off the patio and a LOCKUP GARAGE.
