Chelaya Country Loge

Situated in the seaside suburb of Somerset West in Cape Town, Chelaya Country Lodge offers an idyllic stay for guests visiting this scenic area of the Western Cape.

The lodge offers five self-catering accommodation options, of which all have comfortable beds and private or en-suite bathrooms. Some choices also have private balconies which are ideal for enjoying a braai, or for just appreciating the views of the garden or pond.

The tranquil setting encourages a sense of relaxation and calmness. The rim flow swimming pool is the ideal place to unwind while admiring the views of False Bay, Cape Point and Hangklip.

The friendly staff will assist in organising braais on request, and the lodge is also the perfect place to host a party or event. Even though guests can enjoy self-catering accommodation, breakfast can be provided on request at an additional cost.

Guests can make use of car-hiring facilities if they feel the need to explore this area. Specialised guided tours can also be arranged where guests will be able to experience wine tasting, paragliding, sunset cruises and many water-sport activities.
