It is a newly renovated open-plan self-catering studio apartment equipped with all the necessary requirements for your independent stay, including secure onsite parking . Situated on the top floor ? with a lift in the block ? it has a very pleasant outlook. It is equipped with all the usual including a built-in hob, comfortable double bed, a walk-in shower and a study desk/table, plus WIFI and selected DSTV. There is also a sleeper-couch in the sitting area.

Situated within 2 kms of sports facilities like Newlands Rugby, Cricket and Swimming, and prominent schools like SACS, Westerford and Bishops, and Groote Schuur Hospital it is also convenient by car for other hospitals like Kingsbury, Vincent Palotti, Rondebosch Medical and the Fertility Clinic. The city centre is 10 mins away by car or you can take the train from Rondebosch Station.

Rates are on a sliding scale, dependent on length of stay (minimum 2 nts).
