Great place to stay by

We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice and quiet. Access to all activities in this area. Good booking service for activities. Recommend for couples or families.

Very poor rating by

What a disaster! Sub-standard hotel for the rates we paid. NO management involvement, staff not trained and the rooms is pathetic. The only words towards the food! BAD. Overall, what a disaster! Hope I never have to experience this ever!

Establishment Response

Dear Mr Bessinger,

I'm sorry for the experience you had at our hotel. Your experience opened my eyes to some changes I needed to make regarding to the staff and I thank you for that. I'm just sorry it had to come at your expense. I heard your advice and took it whole-heartedly and already made some changes between demotions and getting rid of some of the "bad apples." I know that this doesn't fix anything you went through, but I find it imperative to let you know that I am taking the necessary action to prevent such occurrences to happen in the future. Feel free to contact us with any other comments that you might have.

A good hotel but not yet a great hotel by

We stayed from a thursday to a sunday in one of the junior suites. It was a rather plain experience due to the lack of proper housekeeping. The food was good and the bed was a welcome sight. Large and very comfortable. Like I said the stay was very average due to poor housekeeping. Housekeeping was done after 13h00 in the day. Only clean towels were delivered and dirty coffee mugs washed. No intention was made to clean the bathroom or room itself. The linen was not tucked back neatly, so the bed that was made looked sloppy and not like we found it on arrival. Our coffee sachets were not replaced for every morning /evening and although the front desk was asked for coffee, it did not come until we enquired from housekeeping themselves when they arrived at our room at 14h00. Housekeeping can really take a step forward to achieve moresatisfied customers by checking that the curtains are in good working order, the phone in the room is working and that floors gets washed during their routine servicing of the rooms. We had a dead centipede in our bathroom the whole time which I left on purpose to see whether the rooms were cleane properly, but I must admit we were rather dissapointed with the housekeeping. Please do not ask for an early breakfast when you have early morning activities. Although we arranged for 6 o'clcok breakfast due to a 06h30 pick-up for activities, we were dissapointed twice by the brakfast not being ready even by 06h30 when breakfast should be starting. However on our return to the hotel at 10h45, we were entertained to a lovely full english breakfast. Tasty too. All together we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to other.

STAY AWAY by

If you are looking for quite relaxing holiday hotel ( nights ), better look for another place. My nights were terrible, because of loud music which went up to past 4 am. Complaints to the duty manager, who happened to be part of the group drinking and playing music was all in vain.
