Clare Hills Self-catering is a 3 Star graded accommodation. We offer excellent hospitality & quality services in the safe residential area of Clare Estate in Durban.

We offer 2 identical fully furnished. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has a double bed & the other bedroom has 2 single beds with air-conditioning & built-in cupboards. The bathroom is very neat with towels & linen are provided. The lounge has leather lounge suites & a TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances & cooking utensils. The entire yard is fenced with ample parking space and each unit has its own alarm system. We offer laundry services as well.

We are centrally located allowing easy access to 3 malls, being The Pavilion, Westwood & Reservoir Hills. We are about 13 to 18 minutes driving distance away from North Beach, South Beach, Moses Mabhida Stadium, Suncoast Casino, the ICC, Durban Habour, uShaka Marine World, Umgeni Bird Park & the city. The nearest hospital is 6 km away.

The owner is very friendly. The room is so clean and I enjoyed staying there.

The place is fine, clean and quite. The locks for some toilet doors need to be replaced. One cannot open the door from inside the toilet. This becomes risky and dangerous if you are the only one in the room.
