Clearwater Cottage

Clearwater Cottage is a self-catering cottage situated on the family farm, Clearwater Farm, in the large indigenous garden of the main farmhouse. Clearwater Farm is just a 10-minute drive inland from Port Edward village and beach.

The cottage offers self-catering accommodation for up to six guests and comprises two bedrooms, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, a lounge, and an enclosed verandah.

The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains twin beds. There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge area that can accommodate two guests or children. The lounge also features a TV with DStv capabilities, however guests will have to provide their own smart card.

The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and contains a table-top stove, microwave, fridge, and cutlery and crockery for six people. One of the bathrooms is wheelchair friendly and all of the rooms lead out onto the enclosed verandah.

The garden features barbecue facilities and a swimming pool. Linen is provided and towels can be provided upon request. Activities in the surrounding area include mountain biking, walking trails and hiking in the adjacent Umtamvuna Nature Reserve.
