Dar Fakir

Dar Fakir is a Riad located just three minutes from the effervescent Djema el Fnaa square in Marrakech. Beautifully decorated and furnished, Dar Fakir offers guests a choice of four Rooms and three Suites situated around the patio on the first or second floor.

All the rooms are en-suite, with either a shower or a bath and shower, and furnished with comfortable twin, double or king-size beds. The rooms are air-conditioned for comfort and Wi-Fi access is also available. Some rooms also have windows that open onto the courtyard or the quiet residential road. Each room has individually embroidered Egyptian cotton bed linen and toiletries such as shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and hand soap is provided. The Suites have leather clad writing desks and black soap and a gommage flannel can be provided.

Various lounge areas can be found throughout Dar Fakir, one of which has a cosy fireplace where guests can relax and read a book. A holiday in Marrakech is not complete until you have eaten fantastic Moroccan food on the beautiful terrace with views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains. Guests can also participate in a cookery class, artisanal workshop, or do some yoga. An airport shuttle service is available and a meet and greet can be arranged with the security guard for when you return after a day of exploring.

Dar Fakir is situated minutes away from the main souks where you have ample opportunities to do some shopping and observe the crafts, and only a five-minute walk from stylish restaurants. Tours can be arranged for guests looking to do some exploring and activities such as quad biking, hot-air balloon rides, golf ,or horse riding nearby.
