De Oude Waenhuis cottage is located on the same property as The Velvet Olive 1881 , (Next to BOORGAT) in Jubilee street, one of the first original streets in Sutherland.

De Oude Waenhuis is beautifully restored and a very lovely Art deco cozy styled cottage for two persons.

It is an open plan living/dining/sleeping area with open bathroom. Only for couples. Warm new percale linen , warm blankets etc. Fully equipped self ? catering kitchen.

Nice cozy kaggel as well for Sutherland's cold winter nights. Just around the corner of Boorgat for the best home made karoo style dishes.

Come and enjoy the starry and peaceful nights with us at the Karoo.
