De Ark Mountain Lodge, with its breathtaking mountain views and ideal location near the picturesque village of Clarens, is a place of restoration for those in need of silence, nature, and solitude. Elevated above the village of Clarens, De Ark is strategically located adjacent to the Golden Gate National Park, and just 7 km from Clarens town centre with its vibrant village life.The lodge consists of seven chalets and one room with en-suite bathrooms. Each chalet has a fireplace and patio, as well as sweeping views of the mountains. There is a fully stocked bar and restaurant at the lodge. Bookings need to be made in advance for the restaurant.The farm boast some of the most beautiful landscapes which can be experienced when taking an early morning walk, mountain bike ride or horse ride amongst the zebra, bontebokke, Black wildebeest, springbok and eland.
