This neat second floor apartment is situated on the banks of the lagoon close to where it flows into the sea at the Margate main beach.

It consists of three comfortable size bedrooms, two bathrooms of which one is en-suite, a well equipped kitchen, open plan living area which exits onto a large balcony. There are double beds in two of the bedrooms and single beds in the third bedroom.The en suite has a shower, basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.

From the spacious balcony that overlooks the lagoon, one can enjoy watching the paddle boats and canoes go by. There is an angle view of the ocean from the balcony. The Margate main beach is mere 300 meters stroll from the complex. The complex offers a sparkling pool with braai facilities and secure undercover parking for one vehicle, a trailer, as well as open air parking for a second vehicle.

Nice positioned but got Robbed by

I would have recommended it to any family holiday makers... But got Robbed with my kids sleeping in the room at 4am... If security is topped up.. And surveillance cameras put it... I would recommend it... If not... Please give preference to a more secure place than Margate... Must also admit... The agent is of the best quality and great service.
