Desert Rose Lodge is situated in the far North of Kenya, a small family-hosted lodge nestled into the side of Mount Nyiru offering breathtaking views over the Northern Frontier.

The swimming pool, dining room, lounge and decks all have amazing views down over the valley and plains. Accommodation is offered in five charismatic thatched hand-crafted cottages with huge and comfy wild olive beds. The open-air bathrooms have plenty of steaming hot water to enjoy a long star-lit soak.

Activities at the lodge include camel-assisted walks, air safaris to Lake Turkana and its environments, cultural visits up at the lake with El Molo and Turkana tribes, cultural visits with the local Samburu people, walks in the forest, water sliding, and bird watching.
