Di Bus Stop Adventures is situated in a tranquil valley between the beautiful Maluti Mountains and bordering the Golden Gate National Park, about 15 km from Clarens.The farm is surrounded by characteristic sandstone and basalt formations. We offer various self-catering accommodation options, as well as a spacious campsite. There is an art gallery and a lovely coffee shop with a tea garden on the farm.The farm is never crowded and you are assured of a quiet and peaceful stay, making it ideal for families. There was braai wood near the stand, ready for the braai. Will definitely be back. Peaceful and quiet just what we needed after the rat race we ran for the last couple of months, we enjoyed the art class, the "Boeretroos" with condense milk! place . While lying on the bed with the door open, I had a spectacular view of the mountains from the hut. Decor and furniture retro and stone walls gives a snug and cosy effect. The peaceful, quiet, tranquil atmosphere had a calming effect on me. Horses that were rescued by the Bus stop 's owners were grazing in the field...at times they were grazing next to the huts. I could not get enough of the fresh mountain air, the sound of cobbling water, the scenery of the mountains and the dam, the ducks, the bunnies, the horses and the birds. We went hiking on the farm and enjoyed hiking at Golden Gate which is 5km from farm. I enjoyed delicious cheesecake, chocolate cake and "moerkoffie with condensed milk" and nice biltong at the Bus stop's shop. I went horse riding and quad biking on my previous stay. Unfortunately had an injury that did not allow it this time or else I would not have missed the fun. The owners and staff were very friendly. Thanks Zietha and Thys. You will see us surely again.
