Die Ou Huis offers rustic self-catering accommodation, surrounded by a relaxed country atmosphere in the Overberg District. The unit is located on a working farm approximately 24.3 km outside of Stanford.

The house comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms of which one is en suite, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area. In addition, if you are fit enough, there is a dormitory-style loft room with mattresses, accessed via an outside ladder on the upstairs-floor. The living area leads out to a braai area with views over the farm.

The farm itself is ideal for birdwatching and the surrounding fynbos can be experienced during leisurely walks. Birds such as the blue crane will keep you fascinated for hours in their natural habitat. Guests can cool off in our clean river that runs through the farm, or have some fun driving their own quad bikes on the farm roads.
