This modern self-catering home offers great views of the Southbroom's main beach. It is only a 5-minute drive from the world-class Southbroom Golf Club and The Wooden Reel guided fishing trips are only 2 kilometres away.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have king-size beds or on request can be converted into 2 single beds. Each room also enjosy views from the lagoon and ocean. All linen and towels are provided. The bedrooms are situated on a split level, to easily accommodated 2 families. The upstairs level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bath and the other 1 with a shower. Downstairs level has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom plus a separate shower room. All linen and towels are provided. In the middle of these 2 levels, there is another level with a living area and a guest toilet.

There are 2 lounge areas with comfortable couches and 1 of these lounge areas comprise a TV. Both lounge areas opens onto a patio area with big glass sliding doors. The modern open-plan kitchen and dining area are well equipped for all self-catering needs. The kitchen has a Smeg oven with gas top hob, fridge, ice-maker, pantry and a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has a single garage available. There is also a spacious outside living area with an infinity swimming pool and patio furniture. A basic cleaning service is provided. A camping cot is available.

Southbroom boasts excellent golf course, fishing, swimming and lovely beach walks. Wonderful restaurants in close proximity, with quick access to shopping. Wild Coast Sun is a 15-minute drive where there is a casino and water park. Other activities include zip lining at Oribi Gorge, booking a boat for deep sea fishing. Southbroom boasts some of the most beautiful and Pristine beaches in South Africa.
