This lovely self catering double storey beach house is perfectly located in the picturesque, tranquil town of Melkbosstrand, on the Cape West Coast. It's a two minute walk to the beach and five minutes from a variety of beach front restaurants and the town centre. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and can comfortably sleep six people. There is a large sheltered downstairs patio and braai area and plenty of outdoor garden space for kids to play in. The spacious upstairs balcony is the perfect spot for evening sundowners. The comfortable lounge area leads out onto the outdoor braai area and there is a well equipped kitchen for self-catering. It includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer. Melkbosstrand is a great base from which to explore the nearby West Coast, Bloubergstand and the Durbanville Winelands. There are many wonderful day trips from Melkbosstrand, for example visit the beautiful West Coast National Park, the quaint town of Darling, Yzerfontein and more. Melkbosstrand is also very close to the Koeberg Nature Reserve with wild animals, hiking and bike tracks. If you'd like to experience more of the Cape Town City life, it's approximately 35 km from Cape Town Centre.
