Drifters Loge

Drifters Lodge is located on the beach, just a few kilometres from Pangani in Tanzania. The private beach lodge offers comfortable bed and breakfast and backpacker accommodation. It is set on the beach among coconut palms and colourful gardens, alongside a quaint fishing village.

The beach lodge has accommodation in Beach Bandas and Luxury Chalets. The Beach Bandas offer basic sleeping facilities ideal for backpackers, while the chalets offer air-conditioning and spacious rooms. There are communal ablution facilities to service the units.

An on-site pub and restaurant offers a wide selection of food and beverages; the garden supplies the restaurant with fresh vegetables and fruit. Anglers catch fresh fish on a regular basis. A wide variety of activities include deep mesa fishing, whale watching and swimming with dolphins. During the months of April to August is the best time to see the turtles hatching on the beach.
