Durham Close 31 is a self-catering house located in the popular Blouberg Sands, a short drive from Cape Town. The house offers modern accommodation for eight people and is ideal for large families or groups travelling together.

The spacious house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and is fully equipped for self-catering. The large open plan living area has a living room with a flat screen TV with DStv and ample seating. This space also shared the dining area which has a dining table seating eight. The modern kitchen is small but well equipped and includes laundry facilities and all cooking facilities.

Outside guest will find a covered entertainment area with braai facilities facing the swimming pool. It also has a double garage.

The beach is a short five minutes' drive from the house and within easy reach of the main roads. There are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.

DStv is available at a pre-paid cost per day, please notify the agent 48 hours prior to arrival.

Garden furniture and patio tiles need refurb. Quality of bedding and towels very old could do with an upgrade. Good facilities like dishwasher and washing machine. Housekeeping did not arrive on stipulated days and on arrival house not clean but this was rectified after 2 calls and then a thorough clean was carried out ,

please there is only 2 bath rooms. we booked the house because we wanted 3 bath rooms. this is not very nice.
